I do have a name for my new paintings: Abstract Symbolic and mystical Art.

I have recently come to know for sure that I too am surrounded and influenced by unrest and that is why it feels like a form of meditation to once again create calm, sensitive, meditative works that I hope give viewers a good feeling.

In my latest paintings I try to convey my feelings that I have and notice while painting and composing the works to you, the viewers.

I achieve the compositions and especially the color nuances by working layer by layer until I reach a point where I am satisfied, while I also know that my painting is not finished.
I hope to give the works of art a story together with the viewer[s] that can be different for every viewer or buyer.

Geert is VISUAL ART MASTER Award in Lecce Italy Of Accademia Italia In Arte Nel Mondo Association Cultural and won several prices.

From April 13-  2025 my work is part of the International art exposition in L2 ARTE gallery, Viale della liberta 2B in Pavia Italy. A window on International contemporary art.Curator Dr. Rita CARACAUSI.


I am currently working on giving my clients [this does not concern my paintings] more options regarding the choice of prints and further post-processing. That is why I have started adjusting the accompanying texts, but I still have a lot to adjust. That is why I am already explaining what I intend to do..
Instead of having everything printed on acrylic glass, the quality of which is excellent, I now also offer the possibility of an even higher quality:
2. The works are printed on HD photo paper, glued onto a 3mm dibond base and a 2mm acrylic glass plate is placed on top, all manufactured by Whitewall.; An aluminum suspension system all around at the back. Other sizes no problem at all.
The price of this solution is somewhat higher, but the shipping costs are lower.
An 80x80 cm. costs Euro 1380 and a 100x80 costs Euro 1480. Freight costs for all countries Euro 90.
3. It is also possible to order [this can be done with all works, except paintings] as a print on photo paper; this print is glued onto polystyrene, which creates a rigid solution in which the work of art can easily be included in a frame. Sizes 60x60 cm. or 70x50 costs Euro 480. Other sizes available.
