Inspired by a creative mind of an imaginary city during Covid lockdown. Even though the economy and physical movement was controlled, thoughts and dreams can never be. The various shapes and colours represent different aspects within a thriving metropolis landscape and how they can be felt rather than seen.

Painting is her drug! But rather than destroy and anaesthetize her feelings, her art allows them to release, blossom, and warm her heart. Roxanne can safely sow the seeds of the paroxysms of life during this creative escape. It is for her, a place where the most poignant emotions can safely rub shoulders without tearing each other apart.  Her art has been described as 'singular' as it is unique and varied.

Roxanne has participated in group, solo and international art exhibitions in Belgium.

During lockdown and with numerous physical art shows cancelled, Roxanne has been working on a variety of multidisciplinary artistic projects remotely with other artists. Even though physical movements have been tightly controlled and limited, her imagination has not.

Roxanne has relocated to Brisbane, Australia and has joined the team at KARDIMAGO.
