The opening installment of The Lost Walls series is a visual feast of an inner storm.

Anger and confusion followed me during those struggle-filled days. The difficulties of life were like an invisible wall in front of me, leaving me at a loss for words. This complex and intense emotion prompted me to pick up the brush and try to find an exit on the canvas. As a result, the first work in the series of “Lost Wall” was born.

The intense red color seems to be burning anger, spreading freely on the canvas, which is a strong protest against all kinds of helplessness and injustice in life. The deep black lines, on the other hand, are like a cold shackle, visualizing the inner confusion, as if in an endless labyrinth, unable to find the way forward. The mottled white and vibrant green, which breaks through in this chaos, seems to be the faint light in the darkness, symbolizing that even in the most desperate moments, deep down in the heart there is still a persistent perseverance for hope.

This work is a vent for my emotions, a brave attempt to transform my indescribable anger and confusion into artistic language, and a deep excavation of my inner world on the road of artistic exploration.
