São espíritos que se apresentam sob o arquétipo de idosos africanos que viveram nas senzalas, majoritariamente como escravos que morreram no tronco ou de velhice, e que adoram contar as histórias do tempo do cativeiro.
INSPIRATION: This work portrays a recently manumitted old man in his moment of pause and relaxation, while smoking his pipe, he remembers and has visions of sufferings experienced in the slave quarters, and the decimation of colored brothers vanishing like smoke before his eyes, where mentalize good and refreshment for their souls.
Old blacks are a line of dev entities of Umbanda.
They are spirits that present themselves under the archetype of elderly Africans who lived in slave quarters, mostly as slaves who died in the trunk or old age, and who love to tell the stories of the time of captivity.

As informações que chegam para mim, ao ponto de transmitir para tela são simples, onde diante da minha inspiração se tornam únicas e complexas, onde tento transmitir cada detalhe de minha interpretação e sensibilidade para tela em óleo.

I channel the messages of the Superior Spiritual Plan to my interior, the painting on canvas is the complement of my soul, I am complete, my works are particles in a large percentage of my essence, when I see a work of mine, they are particles of my soul that go and recompose themselves with each work produced and finished.
In all my art, I aim at understanding things, but in a complete and reverse way I try to understand the inverse of the real, where my fascination with the unreal (surrealism) is pleasurable.
The information that comes to me, to the point of transmitting it to canvas, is simple, where in front of my inspiration they become unique and complex, where I try to convey every detail of my interpretation and sensitivity to oil canvas.
