Return Policy

The buyer has 14 days to return his purchase.

Artmajeur by YourArt is 100% committed to the satisfaction of collectors: you have 14 days to return an original work. The work must be returned to the artist in perfect condition, in its original packaging. All eligible items are returnable (unless otherwise specified).

How to return items?

  1. Use the section: "MY ACCOUNT" > "MY PURCHASES" > "RETURN"
  2. The carrier picks up the package in its original packaging
  3. You receive a full refund as soon as the seller receives the package


When will I receive a refund?

You will be reimbursed by the same method of payment you used, 48 hours after confirmation of receipt of the work in its original packaging by the Seller, unless damage is reported.

If the Seller reports damage, the refund will be temporarily suspended while the dispute is resolved. You may be asked to send photos and/or videos of the artwork and packaging before the return shipment to [email protected], for the evaluation of the case.

Items not eligible for the return policy:

  • Custom orders or made-to-order works made especially for you
  • Prints on demand
  • Virtual Goods (Licenses, Active Services & Subscriptions, Advertising etc...)
  • Special orders when a specific return policy is mentioned
  • Items damaged, unless report was made within 48h after delivery
