For me, it is essential to be able to exchange directly with a buyer

This sale is my first after my registration on Artmajeur 2 months ago. Requests for information worked well on the site via the "contact" space with the buyer. I opted for a faster and more reliable bank transfer, my client wishing to receive the painting on a very specific date! I used the geolocation tools on Artmajeur and I did a search via Google on the buyer's name. Everything matched!

I went through the Artmajeur order form which allows to give a more professional aspect as well as the final invoicing. However, I have included my own invoice in the package.

At the beginning and for three months I spent at least 30 minutes a day on the site to "up" the images and discover how it works. The "interactive" spirit of Artmajeur is very pleasant, something more advanced is happening with the tools and the "follow-up" system between artists. I haven't explored everything yet, it takes time! I often talk about Artmajeur around me, yes I totally recommend it! Yes quite. There is visibility of the works in different countries and not just in Europe, which is rather interesting! This allows you to situate yourself in a set of different skills, to exchange with other artists and therefore to feel less alone on the canvas! This openness is very important in order to capture other sales or partnership opportunities.

For me it is essential to be able to exchange directly with a buyer. During this first sale, I had a follow-up by text message of the final destination of my work and the buyer's comment on the quality. It is not just a question of "collecting" a payment but of exchanging with the buyers. In addition, Artmajeur's online help support makes it easy to respond to problems encountered when ordering and in a very reasonable time.

My Advice: There's no need to rush. It is necessary to check with the tools of the web the good faith of the buyer in order to avoid piracy. Never respond to an offer without checking the return on investment (partnership offer, advertisements of all kinds). Have self-confidence and be sure of your artistic approach. Be honest in the artwork/price offer.
