What inspired you to create artwork and become an artist? (events, feelings, experiences...)

Since my early childhood (I was 5 years old) I have loved Art. I invented several painting techniques and went to sell them in markets. Several attempts to be self-employed as an artist, but it was not the right time!!! Life decided otherwise, directing me into accounting. Today I had the click, at 58 years old I am launching myself :)

What is your artistic background, the techniques and subjects you have experimented with to date?

Gouache painting, abstract drawing experiments with colored sand on plexiglass coffee tables. And now, I buy original objects in second-hand shops and give them a second life, this time artistic with a material that I keep very secret (no one has dared to do it) it doesn't exist!!!

What are the 3 aspects that differentiate you from other artists, making your work unique?

no one uses the material and decorations that I use and make, it comes purely from my imagination

Where does your inspiration come from?

Inspiration buried since my early childhood

What is your artistic approach? What visions, sensations, or feelings do you want to evoke in the viewer?

I would like my works to please art galleries or other prestigious people, because I believe that what I do is very positive, visually too, all the colors of the world, and a technique that no one in the world uses.

What is the creative process of your works? Spontaneous or with a long preparatory process (technique, inspiration from art classics or other)?

What I do takes time. It all depends on the medium, so I apply myself a lot, I like my work to be done to perfection, (my perfection) for all my works

Do you use a particular working technique? If so, can you explain it?

Yes, a special technique that I want to keep secret, if you allow me :)

Are there any innovative aspects to your work? Can you tell us what they are?

Yes, the material is an innovative aspect, because it is unique.

Do you have a format or medium that you are most comfortable with? If so, why?

I'm comfortable with all formats and shapes, the most original ones appeal to me even more. Because I like to constantly renew myself, to innovate is to move forward!!

Where do you produce your work? At home, in a shared studio, or in your own studio? And in this space, how do you organize your creative work?

I create my works in my daughter's room, who has gone to the other side of the world. I am very organized. I work to music.

Does your job require you to travel to meet new collectors, for trade fairs or exhibitions? If so, what does it bring you?

I'm just starting out, so I don't know this artistic side yet; but I'm open to everything

How do you imagine the evolution of your work and your career as an artist in the future?

I am currently an accountant in a company, and at the same time I create my works. I hope that in the future I can make a living from my artistic work, and give up my permanent contract.

What is the theme, style or technique of your latest artistic production?

The theme of my latest work is rather pyramidal in shape, my technique is always the same, but the shape of the support changes the final appearance a lot.

Can you tell us about your most important exhibition experience?

no exhibition, but would be happy to do one.

If you could create one famous work in the history of art, which would you choose? And why?

I detonated artistic life with a work in the form of PASTE, it pleases a lot. It is very colorful, as I formulated in my account: "a little color in the pasta" I am referring to: (putting butter in the pasta) means for me, that we should not worry about it, let it slide!! It will be fine!!

If you could invite any famous artist (dead or alive) to dinner, who would it be? How would you suggest they spend the evening?
