Habib Hasnaoui lives between two shores: France, where he was born, studied and where he has now settled. And, in the meantime, Algeria, where his parents are from, where he did his military service and landed his first job during the years of civil war.
His work attempts both to account for this drama and to express the impossibility of belonging to two lands at the same time.
