It's a great opportunity to make yourself known.

The sale recently made on Artmajeur about one of my drawings went very well. Payment was made by bank transfer (is a credit card system provided?). The person who bought one of my drawings is a friend, so I was confident and did not use any particular system to check its reliability. For people who are new to me and who contact me for sales, I find the contact verification system very useful and practical. It's reassuring and gives confidence.

The order form system is very practical, presented simply and efficiently, and allows you to gain in professional quality. In addition, I had nothing to manage on the order form, Artmajeur did everything for me: a significant time saver. Thank you Artmajeur.

The time I spend on my Artmajeur account is not always very regular. I can spend some time without going to see him (several weeks) when I see that I have no email notification. And paradoxically, for several weeks, I consult it very regularly in order to improve my galleries which serve as my shop and my descriptions. I must say that I take a liking to it and I try to go there regularly. I'm becoming more and more familiar with Artmajeur (even if I still have things to work on), I like its easy-to-use services. The advice that is written there is clear and helps to guide you towards what to do for a quality professional portfolio. For these reasons, I am satisfied with Artmajeur and recommend it.

Lately I have had several messages and comments from Italy, or from the United States. I find it great to have this possibility of exchanging with the whole world, it is very important. It's a great opportunity to make yourself known in and outside your country and to create relationships.

I am alone in charge of my Artmajeur account and my transactions, so I can't imagine any other system than being able to be in direct contact with the client. And I think that from a customer point of view it must be more pleasant. It is true that it is not always obvious how to carry out a transaction. The artist is in his role as an artist and is not a merchant. Advice on transactions, customer relations, the price to be fixed on these canvases would be welcome. Unless it's already there and it escaped me. I really appreciated the seriousness of Artmajeur and the rigor during my last sale, which was also the first: Artmajeur asked me when I intended to send the package, informed once done, etc.

My advice: When it seems too good to be true, it often isn't. With each request for a project or sale from an individual or a company, I inquire to verify the reliability of the client. This seems essential to me to avoid scams. As Artmajeur says so well, I do not send packages until I have received payment. I also recommend drafting a contract in addition to an invoice to define more precise terms. I noticed that it was often appreciated by customers.
