They are interested in purchasing a particular work, but despite their efforts to contact the artist and obtain pricing information, they receive no response! This requires us to contact the artist to respond to the client. This is a major problem because response time is one of the keys to a successful sale. The longer the response time, the lower the chances of a sale. To avoid this problem, be sure to log into your account regularly, and check that your contact details are correct (email, phone, address). Above all, give your phone number so that we can contact you directly if a client shows interest in your work!
Contacts from anonymous visitors are excluded for security reasons, authentication is indeed necessary to interact with members of Artmajeur, as is the case on all internet platforms of a certain size.
It is not necessary or professional to indicate your contact details everywhere, in all text fields, or on all works:
Just make sure your details are correct on the My Account> Settings section.
It is possible to hide your contact details from the public to maintain your confidentiality, but it is important that Artmajeur can contact you in case of need because we are confronted every day with the problem of unreachable artists.
