Moco Museum has softly launched its new London location at Marble Arch, offering a preview of its contemporary art space designed to appeal to both art lovers and social media enthusiasts. The museum, known for its successful branches in Amsterdam and Barcelona, targets a younger demographic with its Instagram-friendly exhibitions. Spanning 25,000 square feet across three floors, Moco London showcases works by iconic artists like Jeff Koons, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, and Keith Haring, with immersive digital art, NFTs, and a large-scale Takashi Murakami piece also featured. Founded by Dutch former gallerists Kim Logchies-Prins and Lionel Logchies, the museum represents a £15 million investment funded through ticket sales, aiming to attract 300,000 visitors in its first year. The official inauguration is scheduled for September 10, with an upcoming exhibition, Healing Frequency by Marina Abramović, set to open on September 11, further solidifying Moco Museum as a cultural hub in London.
