From 29 May to 1 June 2025, Antwerp will once again be transformed into a veritable playground for contemporary art during the 11th edition of Antwerp Art Weekend . This unmissable event, which has become a pillar of the Belgian art scene over the years, brings together museums, galleries, exhibition spaces and artistic initiatives in a joint celebration of contemporary creation.

Antwerp Art Weekend is not just an event: it's a city-wide event , where art institutions, large and small, come together to offer an expanded and ambitious program. It's arguably the best way to (re)discover Antwerp's artistic vitality, with exhibitions, performances, openings, and parallel activities in sometimes unexpected locations.
On the occasion of Antwerp Art Weekend, ArtMajeur invites you to discover a selection of works inspired by the energy, history and creativity of the city of Antwerp.
A network committed to serving art
Organized by Antwerp Art , an organization active since 2014, the weekend is part of a dynamic of promotion and connection between the various actors of the local art scene : from renowned museums to established galleries, including independent project spaces, art schools, young artist initiatives and residency programs.
This vibrant network is supported by the City of Antwerp , members of Antwerp Art , and players of the National Lottery , who help to promote contemporary art far beyond the city's borders.

OFF Program: a parallel scene open to all
Alongside the main program, the OFF Program allows artists and collectives outside the official network to present their projects. A unique opportunity for new voices to express themselves at this flagship event. The call for projects for the 2026 edition is already open, with a deadline of February 1, 2026 .
