Todas mis pinturas tienen en común una realidad mental, no física.
Estoy en contra de pintar eso se basa únicamente en la observación y la teoría, la pintura como hecha por un robot, la pintura que tiene la red de seguridad de las teorías en pintura.
Quiero explicar qué y cómo pinto, lo definiré como una relación entre un modo de observación (interna y externa) y una forma de expresarla. Esta es la respuesta por la que algunas obras necesitan expresar la idea de lo figurativo, otras van a lo abstracto o a los símbolos y cada una necesita una forma diferente de realizarse.
No pinto un paisaje, idea, tema, de una manera pictórica establecida, no sigo las teorías y criterios claramente establecidos. Dependiendo del estado psicológico de lo que quiero expresar, entonces uso uno de los muchos modos de expresión en la pintura.
En la pintura puedes usar el color y el tamaño no solo de acuerdo con la realidad física, sino también de acuerdo con la< strong>realidad mental. Estoy convencido que todos se llevaron la sorpresa de encontrar y encontrar en lugares que tienen un contorno diferente y otras dimensiones físicas y emocionales. Después de un tiempo, más o menos largo, la fuente de la que bebía el agua cambió de tamaño.
No pinto con la misma emoción, sino bajo un complejo emocional, por eso algunos las obras son intuitivas, otras están fuertemente racionalizadas.
En cada trabajo tuve que tolerar la incertidumbre, no saber a dónde va la idea, para cambiar la forma en que se toca el tema. Hubo finales rápidos, pero también hubo caminos que se cerraron y tuve que retomar e investigar lo que quiero y me gusta la búsqueda.
Traté de formular lo que sucede cuando me paro frente a un lienzo, sin exponer todo las "maniobras cognitivas", la interpretación se la dejo a los que miran, el beneficio es de ambos.
Esto es lo que los que ya han empezado a digerir mis pinturas de los tres años desde que desperté en la pintura lo saben.
¡Entonces veamos afuera lo que no nos es ajeno adentro!

The National Village Museum "Dimitrie Gusti" invites you on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at 2.00 pm, in the Glass Hall, to the opening of the exhibition of sculpture signed by Nicu Dumitrescu and painting signed by Eliza Matica, members of the Association of the Fine Arts, Religious and Restoration Branch of the Romanian Fine Arts Union. The curator of the exhibition is Dr. Marius Tița, art critic.
" [...] Eliza Matica's painting is intensely introspective, rendering complex human universes, revealing landscapes beyond the real. The message of her art is evident and underpins each painting, each plastic construction of those presented in the exhibition. There is nothing comfortable about it, nor can there be when we are held up to an intelligent mirror. We are talking about searches, anxieties, doubts, aspirations, desires, dreams, in a plastic effort to distinguish between options and endless visions of reality", Dr. Marius Tița, art critic.
The exhibition can be visited from 19 March to 3 April 2022, from Wednesday to Sunday, from 9:00 to 17:00, at the Glass Hall, Șos. Kiseleff, nr. 30, sector 1, Bucharest.

A new exhibition of the painter Eliza Matica with sculptor Nicu Dumitrescu. A natural synergy between painting and sculpture, a dialogue between color and shape, between touch and contour, between two fine arts.
An experiment-exhibition as a reconciliation of the two art-sisters, long separated in contemporary exhibitions.
The opening will take place on the 26th of March, starting at 18:00, being hosted by Qreator, one of the most beautiful exhibition spaces in Bucharest. The art critic, Dr. Marius Tita, will open the exhibition with the depth with which he has accustomed us.
The exhibition will remain open until 02.04.
The access to the opening is free but based on invitation and allowed only to persons over 18 years.

On exhibition- The Messenger
"The Messenger" is a religious painting I had made especially for the "Winter Exhibition" organized by the "Romanian Visual Artist Union" and "Religious Visual Art and Restoration Association".
An angel that is announcing the birth of God.
But the Angel have the back turned on us, the viewer.
I will let the viewer understand the painting according to his own history.
The exhibition will be opened until 8th of January 2020 at „Horizon Gallery”, Bucharest, Romania.
At this exhibition there are some many exceptional works that worth the effort.
