Dmytro Shevchuk (1964, Kiev) - Ukrainian artist, master of ironic caricature.
Since childhood he was fond of molding figures from plasticine. Therefore, the choice of a higher educational institution was already determined. In 1991 he graduated from Kyiv Art and Industry Technical School (now - Kyiv State Institute of Decorative and Applied Arts and Design named after M. Boychuk).
After his studies he was engaged in the production of master models (sculptures of small forms) for manufacturers both in Ukraine and abroad (Italy, USA).
In 2010 the artist started author's series "Satire as an Art of Life". These are bronze statuettes up to 20 cm high in the genre of ironic caricature.
