Государство это вера в организацию, в систему. Это попытка сделать иерархический механизм, который бы усилил и защитил народ, людей на определенной местности. Этим попыткам уже несколько тысяч лет - и пропаганда (являющаяся частью иерархического механизма) уверяет, что они успешны (вопреки Крылову, писавшему "как вы ни садитесь, все в музыканты не годитесь"). Хотя очевидно, что вовне их войны между собой бесконечны, а внутри все душит и выхолащивает мерзкая бюрократия. По своему "успешным" был капитализм, а не государство, да и то только в стадии мелкой частной собственности. (Нынешние моря ширпотреба, которыми заваливают мир огромные корпорации - вовсе не успех, просто мы это еще не поняли...)
