“Morning Without People” is a painting born from banality and charged with poetic tension through context.
The subject — a metal coffee percolator spotted on a classifieds website — becomes, by chance, the central figure.
I painted it while listening to Pulp by Charles Bukowski — a surreal detective novel filled with deadpan absurdity and quiet existentialism.

The result is both comical and meditative: part object, part icon.
Glossy, textured brushstrokes echo the physicality of oil paint, while the composition holds a quiet dignity — like a relic from a forgotten domestic life.

This is not a still life in the traditional sense.
It’s a tribute to unloved things, to the poetry of junk, and to the strange aesthetic power of randomness, filtered through a personal ritual.

I was born in the city of Krasnodar in southern Russia, where I spent most of my life. Currently, I live in a cozy village by the sea, surrounded by nature and tranquility. From childhood, I loved to draw and photograph, but until recently, I didn’t consider myself an artist. I haven't participated in exhibitions nor received professional art education — I see myself as a self-taught artist, drawing as I can.My main profession is architecture, and throughout my life, I have been involved in interior design. As part of my professional training, I completed a basic drawing course, which helped me develop skills and understand the fundamentals of artistic mastery. Now, I continue to experiment and grow as an artist, expressing my ideas through painting.I am driven by a strong desire to develop as an artist. Creativity brings me great joy. Currently, I am actively seeking my unique style in painting and exploring the world through color. In my work, I use oil paints — thanks to their possibilities and properties, they are perfectly suited to my personality and allow me to fully immerse myself in the creative process. My works are creative experiments, moments of meeting parts of myself that were previously unfamiliar. Besides painting, I am also attracted to photography. My photographs are a modern embodiment of retro style—a dialogue between the present and the past. I create images that look as if they were taken in a bygone era. Using techniques and aesthetics characteristic of retro photography, I aim to convey an atmosphere of nostalgia and the passage of time.Through art, I strive to express sincere emotions and my unique vision of the world. Constantly evolving and searching for my voice, I invite you to join me on my creative journey.
