多年来，我一直担任布景艺术家，为电影和电视创作布景和背景，在电影制片厂绘制非常大的图像。压力很大，截止日期很短，但那是一段多么美好的时光！
随着计算机图形学的出现，我开始着手创作商业上逼真的动画内容，再次专注于环境和表面纹理。但我又回到了绘画，仍然是最令人满意的媒介。现在的人像，还有天空风景，有时在同一张画布上。我用油画和丙烯画画我们的现代世界；既丰富又美丽。
我从现代学科（电影作品、计算机图形学、摄影）中学到了很多东西，并且发现它们在绘画时都是相关的。我用这些现代元素来提升形象，满足现代人眼光的期待。甚至光晕、人工制品和散射都在油彩中完美地工作，创造出视觉上令人满意的作品，它仍然明显是手工制作的，由人类创造力打造而成。
我欣赏的艺术家是 Elizabeth Vigee Le Brun、William Bouguereau，和马塞尔·马里尔；他们精通写实风格和技术，创造出如此可信的肤色。
