Unique artworks for real collectors - Photography on 24 carat Gold or Silver & Wet Collodion Photographs
Photography prints made by unique historic photography process Resinotype. Very original look and 3-dimensional effect.
Basic principle of this rare alternative photography process is based on ability of gelatin (when sensitized by kalcium dichromate or the other sensitizer and exposed to UV light) to selectively absorb pigment according to how much was exposed to UV light.
Recent time I am experimenting with metallic image background (silver and gold) and different pigment colors.

Biografia
David Heger è un fotografo che trae ispirazione dal suo tempo lavorando come secondo cameraman in uno studio di animazione di marionette sotto la supervisione di Miloslav Spala, il famoso cameraman di Jan Svankmajer. La bellezza dell'ambiente ceco, così come le opere di Frantiek Drtikol e Jan Saudek, hanno influenzato il suo lavoro.
È in grado di evocare nelle sue foto un piacevole senso di nostalgia, cosa che non sarebbe il caso se il colore non fosse tenue. Impiega anche la silenziamento del colore per produrre un senso più atmosferico, e i colori esagerati e le nuvole nel cielo in questa immagine contribuiscono in modo significativo al tono idealistico.
David vive in un paesino vicino a Praga, nella Repubblica Ceca, con la moglie e i due figli, tra splendide colline. È un artista autodidatta. Per la sua arte ha ottenuto numerosi riconoscimenti (Best of the Best award Hiii Photography International Competition nel 2013, East West Art Award, Londra, 1° posto nel 2019...)

Biography
David Heger is photographer who draw his visions from his experience in puppet animation studio where he act as second camera man under supervision of Miloslav Spala, the famous Jan Švankmajer’s camera man.
“Making photographs for me is not just pressing a shutter button. Usually I visualize my future art in crowded bus – the best possible place for making creative ideas. After the visualization I am looking for best place to take a shot, spending lot of time creating decoration and finally, on the right place, composing everything together.”
David lives with his wife and two kids, among beautiful hilly land in small village close to Prague, Czech Republic.
