In this work, I experimented with color: initially using a store-bought paint that didn’t satisfy me, I began mixing my own shades. The result is a deep, wine-like skin tone set against a dark green background. The brushstrokes are soft and flowing, mirroring the form of the body — alive and in motion.
There is no vulgarity in this image. On the contrary, it brings a sense of peace, inner stillness, and visual rest — both for the eye and the soul.

I was born in 21/07/1997 and lived in Donetsk region, Ukraine. I'm a lawyer by education, but I didn't work as a specialty. I've been living in Lviv for the past 5 years and have a small business.
While living in Lviv, I became interested in art and in 2023, after the birth of my child, I started my own practice. I was mainly self-educated, but in 2024 I started studying at the Alternative Art School. Now I'm actively creating paintings and looking for opportunities to realize myself as an artist.
I work with oil on canvas. My works are united by the image of a naked female body. In my work, I address the themes of sexuality, self-acceptance, judgment and prejudice about body.
The poses in which the women are depicted in my works show confidence. First, I draw out the figure in detail, and then I add mood with bright accents.
For me important understanding a woman as an individual, without additional labels such as "future wife", "mother", etc. In my opinion, most of the prejudices and judgments about the female body are closely related to the above-mentioned roles of woman.
In my work, I reflect on the topics of gender inequality, the position of women in society and in personal relationships.
