Biography Hi, my name is Dalma Dobisz. I live in Vienna, but I am originally Hungarian. I have studied painting at the Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Vienna and I finished as Mag. art.
My paintings are expressions of human behavioral patterns, particularly the surreal dynamics of communication and emotions within families. At the core of my work is the exploration of how different feelings, actions, and words are passed down through generations. Family stories, whether positive or negative, deeply influence our daily lives and shape our destinies. The motifs depicted on the canvas with graffiti help express these emotions, telling the intertwined stories of the past and present.
Each painting represents an emotional journey that highlights individual and collective fates through family patterns. These images are not just visual creations; they convey deep messages that reflect the histories of families and the emotional burdens they carry. These paintings offer viewers the opportunity to look at their own lives and family backgrounds from a new perspective. My aim is to help people understand and process the impact of communication and emotional patterns within families, so that positive change can be brought to individual life paths. Each canvas presents a complex yet beautiful mosaic of family and emotions, reflecting the various layers and dynamics of life.
