Anna Evtushenko is a professional artist living in Kaliningrad.
The sea is the main theme in Anna's work, as she lives on the Baltic Sea, observes the state of nature, admires sunsets.
Anna paints oil paintings on canvas in the technique of hyperrealism, realism, and also likes abstract compositions, experimenting with different techniques of abstraction.
Anna's paintings are aimed at preserving the memory of magical moments and states of nature, the desire to capture a moment that will not be repeated. Anna paints pictures, in particular sunsets, based on photographs of photographers from around the world. Thanks to painting, the artist has many like-minded people on the other ends of the planet, who are happy to send their photos of sunsets for her future paintings.
I always think about the composition and subject of my paintings, I imagine how they will look in the interior. This is very important to me, because I have worked as an interior designer for a long time.

Most of my paintings are painted on canvas without a stretcher. This is done to ensure safe shipping of the painting in a tube. In addition, shipping in a tube reduces the cost of postage by a factor of 3, making my paintings affordable. Once the painting is received by the buyer, a good framer will be able to process the painting onto canvas.
