Danguole Serstinskaja is an internationally acclaimed artist known for her emotionally powerful animal portraits and masterful use of dry brush and pastel techniques. Working primarily in dry brush technique with oil on paper, as well as soft and oil pastels, Danguolė focuses on the expression, emotion, and spirit of each animal, especially through their eyes. Her works often feature dogs, cats, lions, and tigers, portrayed with stunning depth and personality. Occasionally, she explores vibrant fantasy worlds using gouache and acrylics, blending realism with imaginative storytelling.
