A series of minimalist paintings on paper inspired by aerial photography of the salt ponds of San Francisco Bay will immerse you in a world of vibrant colors and mesmerizing textures.
Aerial photographs of these amazingly colorful bodies of water are abstract art in themselves. Imagine: artificial ponds where the water evaporates, leaving behind an incredible combination of crystallized salt, colorful algae and microorganisms. It's a breathtaking sight!

Low to medium salinity colors the ponds in soft greens and pinks, and as the salt concentration increases, the color gradually changes to more saturated, reddish tones. Even the weather plays a role, affecting the clarity of the water and, therefore, the shades of color. This play of color and texture, captured in our minimalist paintings, conveys all the depth and diversity of this unusual landscape. I aimed to capture the striking harmony of color and form found in nature, using bright, saturated colors and a minimalist approach to highlight the natural beauty and uniqueness of each pond.

Deep blue, emerald green and warm orange - these colors, like a reflection of the sky and earth, create a sense of calm and tranquility. Clean lines and bright shades give the painting a modern and stylish look, perfect for any interior.
