They crush, squeeze, cut, choke. And how do you want to get rid of these FETTERS!!! I want to breathe deeply, straightening my shoulders. Do what you love, even if it seems strange. Don't overthink every word you say. Say "no" and don't feel guilty. Dance if you're happy. Scream if it hurts. Cry if it's sad. BE YOURSELF! This is what the paintings of the series "Fetters" tell about.

Materials used:
- a wooden tablet on a stretcher 30x40x2 cm;
- foamed plastic;
- clay;
- rope;
- high-quality light-resistant acrylic paint.

The sides of the painting are painted, framing is not required.
