Santo António, in color, serves wine — symbolizing a message of sharing that lives on. Around him, in greyscale, people from different social backgrounds are united by bread, wine and sardines — the miracle of knowledge.
In the background, the iconic 25th of April Bridge connects the people of Lisbon.
The banners, in the colors of books, celebrate shared wisdom.
Because the true celebration lies in connection, diversity, and humanity.

Ana Alves, born in Coimbra on July 29, 1985, demonstrated a natural talent for the arts from an early age. Drawing portraits was one of her favorite hobbies. Over time, her interests broadened, leading to a career in science. Nevertheless, she never stopped nurturing the artistic side. She held photography and painting exhibitions, participated in photography contests, edited children's books, and continued drawing.
Currently working as a pulmonologist on Faial Island, in the Azores, Ana Alves has discovered a new passion: digital illustration. Her tablet is now an atelier, a place where imagination takes shape. And with the project Doze Lápis, she seeks to capture "that" special moment and preserve it over time. Each illustration invites viewers to explore connections and find familiar traits in unfamiliar faces.
