Odin series (2022) 绘画 由 Adam Kaysen

I am from St. Paul, MN. My favorite artist is M.C. Escher, Salvador’s Dali, William Kaysen and Leonardo Davinci. I have been drawing since as early as I can remember. I used to draw wildlife pictures of deer and some portraits. I never was able to draw without having a reference until recently.

I made this frame around a mirror with a thousand or so pieces of wood I mostly cut at random. It felt like I wasn’t even doing anything. The pieces all just fell right into place and it was like something else was doing the work for me. My friend stopped by one day and took one look at the mirror and without hesitating at all he told me it was an image of ODIN.  I knew very little of Odin but what I did know all fell right into the mirror. My entire life changed that day and I haven’t really looked back since. If anyone decides to purchase the mirror the story is included and it’s worth every penny of the asking price. I’ll just say since that day I’ve followed the signs, they show me what I need to see and take me where I need to be. The mirror is everything . And not only that the signs even brought me here.  

I took a picture of a drawing I did and the info button on the picture compared my work to some famous artist and lead me to this site so I posted some of my work most of which has been burnt and all I have is photos so I can only sell prints because the originals do not exist. If someone is interested I’d be willing to do an original but as of now I continue to burn them.

If anyone believes that there is something out there that they just can’t quite see or understand. My work is for you because it is a gift from ODIN. If you take a second to look at my work it opens a door in your mind that some people can’t see past…if you can, my work is for you!
