Pentimento--The Myth of Vosego Silvestri suggests a deity of hunting, forestry, acorns and nuts of the Vosges region (Gaul).

My photography-based work has been in many gallery group shows around the United States.  I have had several one man shows in local galleries.  I make photography based art, conceptual sculpture/video, textile art of various kinds including having had a dance costume career for 25 years.  I have travelled widely in Eastern and Western Europe, Asia and North and South America.  Much of my work is about the layering of image and idea.  Some of my photography-based work consists of layers of printed photo transparencies dimensionally configured with photographic prints, and others are digitally compounded.  I have 3 dimensional pieces that incorporate video and photographic slides projections, and conceptual textile arts.  For the last three years I have focused on the Pentimento Suite which is an exploration into male identity roles in a global sense.
