Born and lives in Douarnenez (Finistère).
The maritime environment is my domain. I live by the sea that I love so much and it is quite natural that I paint fish, shellfish and crustaceans on small boards and in crates that I make myself with reclaimed wood.
I like to give an aged, weathered and realistic effect to my work.
It was really in 1984 that I made my first paintings.
Since then, the pleasure of painting has never left me.
It was in July 2003, for the first painting fair in Douarnenez, that I obtained the public prize.
For me it was a real recognition of my work and a real encouragement.
Since then, I have been increasing my personal exhibitions.
