The Middle Ages were interested in eternity, the Renaissance in the past, modernism in the future. Our era is mostly fixated on itself. The rapid multiplication of contemporary art museums around the world is only one, but very noticeable symptom of this acute interest in our "here and now". At the same time, it is evidence of a widespread feeling that we do not know our modernity. It is not the future that surprises us – we are much more surprised at our own time, which seems strange and inexplicable to us. Colliding on the same plane, heterogeneous forms, materials, messages, freeze in an amazing coincidence, in which they are united by only one thing: they all found a place here and now, in our time, acquiring new, previously hidden meanings.

Биография
A self-taught painter and sculptor born in East Siberia. I have also created interior designs for residences and offices with semi-precious stones and mosaic panels. Over the years, I have gained considerable experience working with these materials. In addition, I always have had a great and unremitting passion for creating arts through recombination of unusual materials and experiments with structural forms. My goal is to create new experiences for humanity through arts, often at the periphery of seemingly boundless eternity. This hope is often expressed as an explosion of meanings, each of them with its own strong vibrational energy. Abstract figures, maps, colors, graphics, wallpaper, wreckage, rust, etc. I seek to describe the environment in which I live from a non-cultural perspective. I achieve my artistic goal through the fusion of colours, forms, textures and messages. I like contradictions and those places where they could lead to. I think freedom is not something we can achieve. Freedom is an intrinsic part of our nature and we can choose it from the very beginning.

«I wasn't born yet, and these bricks were already neatly stacked against the wall near the workshop building. They are the object of something fundamental and thorough. The task of creation already lies in them. Forms that have gone beyond the plane ask us to look beyond space. The blocks can be considered both as a miniature model of the panel and as a piece that has fallen out of it. You don't have to look at them from the point of view of whether you like it or not. It is necessary to try to avoid value judgments and observe how intuitive feelings detect in things the energy of dissonances obtained from the interaction of different forms and materials.»
