I see number 5, "Elfo," moving in another interesting direction. You use lighting, styling, and image manipulation here in an effectively unsettling way. This person seems real, at first, then as we look more we see the touches that make her something other than real in the way we typically use that word and the concept attached to it. The food portraits seem real in their own ways, despite the women having been made up and set in scenes that are clearly studio-based. This elf-creature, though, goes into very interesting territory.
