The collection consists of assemblages.Assemblage is a medium or form similar to collage,but collage is two-dimensional and assemblage is three-dimensional.The origin of the word dates to early 1950s,when Jean Dubuffet created a series of collages of butterfly wings,which he titled "Assemblages d'impreintes".But Marcel Duchamp and Pablo Picasso had been working with found objects for years prior to Dubuffet.

"The work of Malgorzata Wartolowicz is authentic,individual and shaped expression,full of privacy and brilliant ideas.
The paintings created from the beginning of '90s testify to a large amount of creativity that their author undoubtedly possesses."
For me,painting is a reflection of emotions,sensations,feelings and the artist's personality.Creating an image is a very personal experience the result of which you want to share with others.
Everything that surrounds me,the environment,nature,travels,social issues,ongoing transformations taking place in our contemporary world,has an impact on my work.
I use various painting techniques and I don't limit my work to one style.
