As an artist, I've created a piece that delves into the duality of human nature and its connection with the divine and the profane. In this digital sculpture, a humanoid figure emerges from the darkness, assuming a prayer-like posture. However, this figure lacks arms, and instead, part of its right shoulder transforms into a serpent, symbolizing temptation and sin. The absence of a traditional face adds an element of mystery, with only a hole that tediously fragments towards the chest, prompting viewers to contemplate the complexity of the human soul and its relationship with the divine. Additionally, it's worth noting that this 3D model was scanned from a real sculpture I created several years ago, which itself was a reinterpretation of an oil painting I created before that.
