Eric W. Bragg, poetic creator, seeks to release the latent contents of the subconscious world in order to transform life. He was first influenced by the international surrealist movement in his teens, and has since been involved in surrealist research pursuits - verbal and visual. Whether through painting, writing, or whatever, his main motivation is the intuitive discovery of human, psychological knowledge ("art"), for the purpose of transforming reality as it is currently, collectively experienced by humanity. He believes that artistic/poetic expression should not serve as a form of escapism, but as an incendiary inspiration to revolt against the boredom and slavery of our modern, post-industrial consumerist existence.
