Artista plástica autodidata, realizando a técnica de Arte Francesa – derivação da ‘decoupage’, inspirada em Maria Antonieta. Sou artista, porque por meio de estudos e leitura, em especial sobre esta nova técnica, aprendi a trazer de uma obra vista de seu ponto plano, sua estrutura e perspectiva, de modo que ela possa ser vista em terceira dimensão, com todas as suas nuances. Sempre admirei a Arte (qualquer que seja ela), e sozinha aprendi a desenvolver técnicas, pesquisar materiais e resultados. Após viagem recente feita à Europa, e visitas a inúmeras galerias de arte pude encontrar o espírito para a maturação do meu trabalho. Mas, mesmo assim, sempre tento aprimorá-lo, agregando a ele, outras técnicas de arte. Ainda com pouco no campo – apenas no final de 2007 e início de 2008 comecei a exteriorizar e realmente desenvolver meu ‘talento artístico’, mas busco sempre algo maior e melhor. Sou apaixonada pelos artistas renascentistas, em especial Michelangelo, e é no trabalho deles que vejo a tridimensão que coloco em minhas telas. É um trabalho demorado pela técnica utilizada, mas com um resultado muito bom. A ‘decoupage’ foi muito popular na Europa entre os séculos 17 e 18, em especial, como já dito antes, na França, tendo como sua maior seguidora Maria Antonieta, a qual junto com sua Corte, faziam trabalhos com imagens de artistas famosos da época. Vários trabalhos da Rainha Fancesa, no início do Século XIX foram encontrados em grandes salas de casas inglesas na era Vitoriana. Era comum encontrar em suas obras a frase: “Découpage faite par La Reine”. Basicamente, a Arte Francesa consiste na escolha das gravuras, do papel apropriado, da impressão (no caso, à laser) do recorte, da colagem e, por fim, do acabamento para dar a sensação de que a imagem foi pinta. Em meados de 1963, a ‘Arte Francês” (como era então conhecida), pelas mãos de Patrícia Nimocks, nasceu nos Estados Unidos. Ela se utilizava de 2, 3 ou mais lâminas sobrepondo os recortes para causar efeito de relevo. Assim era chamada em razão do fato de seu trabalho ser feito com imagens de pequeninas ruas francesas. A Arte Francesa, hoje, é uma técnica decorativa que consiste em transformar uma imagem plana em oura com relevo profundidade e perspectiva. Com seu aperfeiçoamento e para valorizá-la ainda mais, são utilizadas até 9 lâminas em média, todas impressas em papel especial, as quais são recortadas, trabalhadas e fixadas por etapa em suporte adequado. Com esta técnica a gravura ganha volume e profundidade tendo como resultado final, uma peça belíssima em terceira dimensão. A escolha de uma gravura de bom gosto, aliada a certa habilidade e a execução da técnica com capricho, dedicação e material qualificado, garantem o sucesso que vem fazendo muitos adeptos.
