It is preferable that the purchaser be pleasantly surprised by discovering the work.

The sale took place exactly as planned in the statutes of the ARTMAJEUR site. I have been informed of a request for a price for my painting; a few days later, I received confirmation that the purchaser had paid for the work. I asked ARTMAJEUR to take care of the formalities for collecting the package; I specified the date on which the package would be ready.

I then received all the documents established by ARTMAJEUR to give them to the carrier DHL.

The carrier came on the scheduled date.

I knew that then I had to wait for the 15-day period (cooling off period for the buyer).
Without having to intervene, I received exactly after this deadline the transfer corresponding to what was due to me (i.e. the amount of the work indicated on my page, less the transport costs, less the commission of 'ArtMajeur; (all this being well described, so no bad surprise).

I check my account about once a week and post new works as they come.
Everything is easy and I don't encounter any problems.

Yes, I can recommend this site to another artist; I report sales on my FACEBOOK page, specifying how these sales are made, in this case ARTMAJEUR.

The international dimension is essential because we reach collectors, mainly in the USA, who have greater interest and purchasing power than our country. This last sale was for the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, which proves the international reach of the site.

I think that the first necessity is to make a description of the works corresponding exactly to reality so that the collector is not disappointed upon receipt of the acquired work; of course also, take the closest color photos of the paintings; if this is not possible, indicate in the description the actual colors. It is preferable that the purchaser be pleasantly surprised by discovering the work.
