Mod1 is the collection of NFT created by Young Mod, the descendant of Modigliani

The youngest member of the famous Italian art family the Modiglianis has released his own NFT art. This is done with the help of a set called Mod1. This collection shows how great Amedeo Modigliani was as an artist. The artist's name is just "Young Mod." His unique ways of expressing himself add to the cultural background of his family.

The Collection of Mod1

"The youngest member of the Modigliani family" made the Mod1 NFT collection. He is known as Young Mod. He has put together a team to try to change the way people in the NFT world think and act.

A collection influenced by 3 major works

Since his ancestors were famous and wealthy because of their art, he grew up in a family that cared a lot about art. This gave him an early interest in the art world. Now that he is an adult, he loves new technologies and feels that canvas and physical installations aren't enough. With the Mod1 NFT art collection, he is beginning his journey into the world of digital art. The Mod1 collection is like a 10,000-piece collection of modern art and profile pictures. It was influenced by three works of art from Young Modí’s descendant, Amedeo Modigliani. To be clear, they were Portrait of Lunia Czechowska (1919), Tête (1911), and one that wasn't named.

His family and Amedeo Modigliani

At this point, it is not known if Young Mod, who made Mod1, is related to the late, great Italian artist Amedeo Modigliani. However, it is clear that Amedeo is just the beginning of a long family history of art. Young Mod and his team of digital artists, a tech lead, a community manager, and a brand manager hope to continue what Amedeo started.

Who was Modigliani?

Amedeo Clemente Modigliani was an Italian artist who mostly worked in France. He was a painter and sculptor. He is known for his portraits and pictures of naked people. They were done in a modern style that made faces, necks, and bodies look strangely long. Surprisingly, they didn't do well when he was alive, but they became very popular after he died. Modigliani spent his early years in Italy, where he learned about ancient and Renaissance art. He moved to Paris in 1906, where he met other artists like Pablo Picasso. Overall, by 1912, Modigliani was showing highly stylized sculptures at the Salon d'Automne with the Cubists of the Section d'Or group. Modigliani died of tuberculous meningitis in Paris, France, when he was 35 years old.
