Orcas Azerlav, nace en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Realiza sus estudios artísticos en las Escuelas de Bellas de Artes Manuel Belgrano y Prilidiano Pueyrredón. Es uno de los co-fundadores de la Asociación de Artistas Plásticos de San Isidro, Pcia. de Buenos Aires, en 1983. Desde 1974, realiza exposiciones en Argentina, Brasil, Venezuela, E.E.U.U., España e Italia.
También realiza diseños de portadas para discos en la desaparecida CBS.
A lo largo de su extensa carrera profesional, es seleccionado en importantes salones, obteniendo numerosos premios.
Actualmente participa como integrante de una de las ferias de arte mas importantes de Argentina, que tiene lugar en la Plaza Cortazar, ex Plaza Serrano, en el barrio de Palermo Soho, denominado así por la gran cantidad de artistas plásticos y artesanos que se concentran en el lugar.
