Dotty Barbou Butruille is a contemporary French artist. She is creating poetic and symbolic works, often inspired by Asia, in stone or bronze. Her sculptures are recognized by the finesse of work, but also by the attention paid to the movement which underlines the personality and the sensuality of the characters. Her favorite subjects are freedom, complementarity, temporality with for example the saga of the samurai in love or the ribbon dancer.
