Fondée en 2010, BEIRUT ART FAIR est une foire internationale d’art moderne et contemporain axée sur les scènes du Moyen-Orient et du bassin méditerranéen.
Ancrée au Liban, BEIRUT ART FAIR est le rendez-vous artistique révélateur de la région. Événement incontournable du calendrier artistique des foires, la foire attire chaque année un nombre croissant de collectionneurs, institutions, professionnels et visiteurs du monde entier, avec 36.000 entrées en 2019.
En raison des évènements du 4 août 2020 qui ont frappé la capitale libanaise, BEIRUT ART FAIR réaffirme autrement son engagement pour la découverte de la scène contemporaine libanaise et du Moyen-Orient en proposant la plateforme MEAP (Middle Eastern Art Platform) dédiée aux artistes et galeries de la région.
Le Liban a été de tout temps un hub artistique hyperactif et une vitrine permettant aux artistes de s’exprimer librement. Beyrouth se redressera et restera toujours une plateforme créative où se multiplient les initiatives.
La 11 ème édition de BEIRUT ART FAIR sera donc annoncée ultérieurement.
