Mark Malinowski

I'm still working on a few new pieces.  But I'm having fun with the new impressionistic style.  I am trying to allow the sun to act as my focal point in my acrylic and oil landscape paintings.  I feel it allows the user to see what they want to see rather than what a photograph would show.  Anyway, I have a few more coming soon.

I have found a style that I feel suits me.  I love the colors of red and blue as well as green and blue combinations.  I am also tending to stick to painting the landscapes now with a rather impressionistic feel.  I will continue the acrylic and oil paintings on canvases and boards.  I aim to have a dreamy appearance, with the sun breaking through.  I have and will tend to focus on the local Queensland Australian flora and scenery.   I hope you enjoy the new direction I've gone to.

Sorry you missed it folks.  Mark Malinowski had his first showing in a long time.  He was showing in Queensland, Australia and has just joined Aspley Artist Group to improve his works.  It's already helped him in his latest oil paintings.   He is looking to have a few more shows in the surrounding galleries soon.  Look to see him soon in an art gallery around the Brisbane area!
