Plastician Artist by vocation, issued from a cultivated family, gifted in the domain of art. She initiated her childhood by using pencil then watercolor up till trying oil-panting which had impressed her in her secondary studies at the 80’s. After having her bachelor in Mathematics, she joined the dental specialty, the discipline which didn’t lack artistic affinity and occurrence, sculpting necessitates more patience but he showed much more success, this has allowed her making many forms calling sculpting as an art. Nevertheless, her personal interest has tended particularly to painting. Her first expositions took place during her years of studies (1983-198..) many national and international artistic demonstrations took place successively as follow:
1984- an individual exposition at Batna University.
1986- an individual exposition at Constantine University.
1987- Dual Exposition with her sister (the engineer); Hafssa (miniaturist) at Constantine.
2001- 1st National Lounge of Plastic Arts in Batna, the theme of the exposition was “The Colours”.
2002- 7th National Lounge of Plastic Arts in Gulema.
2003- Algeria’s Year in France, Leila participated with 7 artists from Batna in……. Karim Meziani/ Nice. Nithael Gallery/ Lille & Lyon.
2004- Collective exposition “Colour of the east” at the Med Issiakhem’s Hall in Constantine. 2004- Lounge of Plastic Arts of the east at Mohamed Racim’s Gallery, Algiers.
2005- An Exposition at El-Aourassi Hotel, Algiers (World Woman Day).
2005- National exposition at Racim’s Gallery, Algiers (homage to the artist Haddad).
2005- Plastic Arts Lounge at Culture Palace in Algiers.
2005- National Exposition at Temmam Gallery, Algiers (homage to the artist Samssoum).
2005- Collective exposition in Setif
2006- 7th Lounge of Plastic Arts, at Culture Palace of Annaba.
2006- International Festival of Timgad (dual expo).
2006- Individual exposition in Jijel in parallel to the French Scientific Symposium of the pharmacology on the stress.
2006- 2nd National Lounge of Plastic Arts in Biskra.
2007- National exposition at Racism’s Gallery, Algiers, (Woman’s Day occasion).
