Hello and welcome! It's hard for me to believe that I have been painting for almost 30 years and drawing even longer!! I didn't know how to use the paint until I met a bunch of ladies with an excellent teacher who met in a church basement. I painted with the group a number of years until we moved. I also learned a lot by watching TV artists. I have become a somewhat detailed painter but not a "precise" one. I don't have the patience for that! My favorite medium was pastels, but I had to give them up due to the dust. Now I paint with watercolor, colored pencil, ink and pencil (the old yellow #2 is a favorite!). I paint mainly nature subjects along with various still lifes. I also do pet portraits from your photographs.

It gives me great joy to be able to paint something that others find pleasing. Therefore, I try to price my work as low as possible so it is attainable.
