The eyes, windows of the soul, are the stage where desires and fears, dreams and secrets dance in a ballet of emotions that words cannot express.

I do not define myself as a painter in the traditional sense of the word. I have not studied at art academies, nor have I immersed myself in painting techniques or artistic movements. Rather, I am an explorer of imagery, fascinated by the creative power of man, capable of capturing and replicating beauty. As a self-taught artist, I let imagination guide my hand, painting on the canvas with colors that tell stories suggested by the heart.

My passion for the human face, for its thousand expressions and the emotions hidden in a glance, merges with my love for optical illusions. My works are a deception for the eyes, created by lines that, whether parallel or perpendicular, play with thicknesses and weaves to bring the desired image to life.

These passions come together in my “BarCode Art,” a technique that flirts with Pop art and finds echoes in street art and digital photography, with its filters and special effects. By navigating through artistic networks, I have discovered how my technique converses with that of innovative street artists and with the creation of images through particular lenses and filters.

To quench my thirst for creation, I have brought to life a series of works that range from sacred subjects, such as saints and biblical figures, to myths of music and the silver screen. From the initial monochrome brushstrokes, I am now venturing into adding colors and textures, allowing the lines to transform into curves or any other shape that inspiration suggests to me, in a continuous artistic evolution.
