Aurorae est illustratrice à Lille. Après une formation en arts graphiques dans le sud de la France, elle étudie la psychologie. Elle obtient son titre en 2009, explore ce métier à Paris puis décide de retourner à ses premières amours. Elle apprend à peindre en autodidacte et cherche de nouvelles techniques d’exploration qui lui permettent d’exprimer ses rêveries. Un monde fantasmé, où la beauté et le sucré viennent taire la violence du monde. Elle crée des collages digitaux d’après des textes et musiques qui l’inspirent, elle utilise ensuite un projecteur vers une toile de lin, généralement de grand format, pour les peindre et ainsi créer des oeuvres de figuration narrative où la femme est à l’honneur.
