Arias Y Marin

Pilar Marín García and Virgilio Arias Herenas, are the two creators of the Arias y Marín studio, through which they identify the work they do together.

Self-taught, they have devoted many hours to the study of light, composition, design, as well as painting, editing and digital post-production. they were taught the classics of painting and photography, observing and analyzing their works.

They have participated in literary magazines like Pulso Digital or Erosionados and have also collaborated in digital publications like OJOS magazine, Arouse or Válvula-Magazine and participated in exhibitions of Art-Cuestion, Artex or the American Erotic Art Museum.

Thanks to their self-taught training, they managed to escape from academic canons, to develop their creativity without preconceived concepts and to express art from the most sublime perception of their feelings.

Addressing particularly the themes of the portrait of people, plants or objects, their work is distinguished by a new and visionary lighting.

Arias y Marin live and work in Albendin (Spain). Their work is present in many private collections.
