Ποια είναι η προέλευση του Γκουάς τεχνική;
Η γκουάς (από το ιταλικό γκουαζού) είναι μια ουσία που χρησιμοποιεί ένα συνδετικό (γλυκερίνη) ή έναν διαλύτη με βάση το νερό (αραβικό κόμμι). Καλύπτοντας και αδιαφανές (σε αντίθεση με την υδατογραφία), αναμιγνύεται εύκολα και αραιώνεται με νερό (βαφή tempera). Χρησιμοποιείται ευρέως από καλλιτέχνες, ο όρος γκουάς προσδιορίζει τόσο το υλικό, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε ένα σωλήνα, όσο και το αποτέλεσμα, το οποίο παρατηρείται στον καμβά.
