Eva Torres es una pintora española emergente. Después de un largo periodo sin coger los pinceles, ha vuelto al mundo de la pintura de la mano de los grandes maestros. Su formación en Historia del Arte le ha hecho querer recorrer este camino, tal y como hicieron muchos de los grandes artistas de la pintura a lo largo de la Historia, aprendiendo y bebiendo de los grandes. Considera que reproducir a los distintos grandes pintores de la Historia del Arte es un proceso que enriquece profundamente y del cual se aprende mucho. Así se forjaron muchos de los grandes pintores, copiando a los grandes, como Rubens copiaba a Tiziano. Es un viaje interior a través de cada uno de ellos, que ayuda a conocer mejor a cada icono de la pintura, su obra, y lo que significaba y aportaba su arte a un momento preciso de la Historia.
Para ello ha pintando una serie de reproducciones de artistas de distintas épocas, de diferentes estilos, que le han ayudado a conocer la expresión pictórica desde diferentes perspectivas.
