My artistic journey started more than 40 years ago during a Camille Pissarro retrospective in Paris. 

C. Pissarro acted like a wizard on my awareness of painting. My mentor for taking my first steps in the world of painting. 

The years that followed were a mingle of experiences that would structure my ceaseless artistic education!

For the technical side: 3 years of preparatory courses to entering Parisian art schools, to finally join a business school! 

I also had an immense happiness to have access to exceptional galleries and artistic events to discover and appreciate painting and art. 

Paris is a unique spot for this. I wore out quite a few pairs of shoes in the hundreds of kilometers I had to wander through the Louvre galeries! And elsewhere of course! In a radius which geographically has always continued to expand! 

Life has also allowed me to live in 7 different countries, on a radius that goes from Paris to Bangkok, crossing the center of Europe, Russia, the steppes of Kazakhstan, and Thailand. 

These experiences led me to orient my artistic activity differently, depending on circumstances and time. But art has never left me! 

Despite my geographic mobility during these years, my curiosity and my artistic activity have never ceased. 

From my first oil pastels directly made in the streets of Italy, in Berlin in 1989-90 or Paris at the end of the 80s, to more recent series of photos in some unique places .

I am taking advantage of this New Year period in Thailand to present you a series of oil paintings. 

This is indeed a series of expressionist figurative style. 

For all of these paintings, my main concern was to obtain a result combining aesthetic pleasure, serenity and benevolence. 

My paintings have no message to convey.

There are chiefly the achievement of great time working on them.
