about me
My paintings are not made in the front of the object, they are paintings of the memories of the specific reality of the depicted object. It’s like taking the picture on a walk an continually getting lost and then finding the way again.
The elements that I consciously leave open in my work offer everyone the margin for captivating interpretations.
I want paintings to be difficult, the more obstacles and problems, the better. I would like to feel that I am involved at any stage of the painting. By doing so it sometimes takes a long time before the painting is finally finished.
