Antonio Alves was born in Estoril, Portugal in 1971
Eleven years later he left his homeland, following his parents and settled in Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
There did his schooling while being attracted by everything artistic. At that time, he lacked confidence and reluctant to engage in the creation ...
In 2007 he moved to the Cap d'Agde, France to regain his roots in the Mediterranean by the sea he loves giving birth to his artistic talents. Having rubbed shoulders with many artists in the area, his first creation resurgent desires and dared to engage in painting and photography.

Antonio Alves painted for pleasure, to share his emotions. By giving his paintings, it's a bit of himself, his fantasy, his freedom he gives to inspire others.
His compositions are abstract, colorful.
With his gestural painting, Antonio leads you into a dream world, he suggests lightness by large color drift, fluid, air and subtle. Sensitivity and refinement emanate from his original compositions.
Since spreading his wings with his artistic talents he paints on canvas but also on fabric and creates models for Envid'Ankor.

He also does art photography. Where we can find his sensitivity, poetry and invitation to travel!
What you can find in his photographs is often romantic, nostalgic but also sometimes tormented.
He also likes to walk according to his desires, with his camera around his neck, and capture spontaneous images, simple, what nature offers him. Including marine and coastal landscapes.
